The puzzle
HealthTap is a telehealth app that focuses on providing care in the United States, particularly in rural areas with limited access to healthcare. To effectively reach potential clients, the app's branding was evaluated and subsequently adjusted to better compete with other healthcare apps in the industry.
The solution
To create the design for HealthTap's telehealth app, we gathered images from other telehealth apps' advertising libraries. Then went through multiple rounds of drafting, drawing inspiration from designs that resonated with us. Ultimately, we decided on a modern and clean design, utilizing pastel colors and organic shapes. To provide patients with a sense of familiarity, we included images of HealthTap's own doctors.
